Abi co-leads Cortex Reply UK, the AI consultancy she helped establish and grow into an independent company. With a background in delivery, commercial strategy, and leadership, she excels at turning ambitious ideas into profitable, well-run operations.
Abi's career spans over a decade of programme and delivery leadership in financial services and the public sector. She has worked on large-scale cloud adoption, digital infrastructure, data platforms, and FinOps. Abi has led complex, multi-service engagements to successful delivery, consistently exceeding quality and commercial targets.
At Cortex Reply, Abi drives the vision, strategy, and commercial direction of the business. She develops new AI service propositions and go-to-market plans. Abi is increasingly focused on AI governance, ethics, and regulation, and is a regular speaker on these themes at industry and public sector events.
Beyond client work, Abi is passionate about building a strong, positive team culture. She champions diversity, equity, and inclusion, leads on staff engagement, and believes that a motivated, empowered team is the foundation of long-term success. She operates with authenticity and transparency, values that define how she works with both clients and colleagues.
