Ben is a highly capable and creative engineering consultant, with experience in agentic AI development and Amazon Connect. He has further experience in the development of innovative UI systems, including "generative UI" for Amazon Connect AI agents, allowing an agent to generate dynamic content within the chat channel, to enhance the user experience. He backs up this innovation work with a strong foundation in AWS cloud expertise, including an AWS Solution Architect – Associate certification. He also supports the FinOps team with generative reporting, adopting the FOCUS specification to bring cloud and AI billing data into a consistent, queryable format that serves both conventional reporting and, in time, AI-driven querying. Alongside this, he continues to develop Amazon Connect agents, giving him a rare combination of front-end innovation, cloud engineering and operational rigour.
