Jibran Raja

Jibran is a Software Engineer at Cortex Reply, where he works on the Amazon Connect Accelerator, helping clients rapidly build end-to-end contact centre solutions on AWS. While the accelerator is centred around Amazon Connect, its capabilities can be applied across a wide range of industries, helping organisations improve customer experience and automate customer interactions.

He develops features across the accelerator, helping to deliver scalable customer experience solutions that can be rapidly configured and deployed for clients. Working across the full technology stack, Jibran uses Terraform to provision AWS infrastructure alongside Python and TypeScript (Payload CMS) to develop cloud-native applications. As an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, he enjoys building on AWS and continues to expand his expertise in customer experience technologies.

Before joining Cortex Reply, Jibran completed research in deep learning for liver surgery image segmentation, developing a solution that combined AI, healthcare and augmented reality. The project gave him hands-on experience applying machine learning to complex real-world challenges and evaluating its performance against international benchmark datasets, shaping the practical, problem-solving approach he brings to software engineering today.

Alongside his project work, he has a particular interest in customer experience and enjoys exploring how AI and cloud technologies can be used to solve business problems. Known for his friendly and enthusiastic approach, he enjoys collaborating with colleagues, contributing to technical communities and helping create a positive team environment.
