A recent graduate in Management from the University of Manchester, Luke joined Cortex Reply two months ago as a Consultant within the Business Analyst team. During his degree, Luke specialised in strategy, innovation, and artificial intelligence, and completed an award-winning final-year live consulting project, working within a consulting team to define requirements and map business processes for an external client. This gave him early, practical experience in stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and translating analysis into workable recommendations. Luke now supports the analysis of client business processes at Cortex Reply, helping to translate organisational requirements into clear, actionable specifications for the platform's engineering and delivery teams. He recently passed the BCS Business Analyst exam and is currently working towards AWS and FinOps certifications, building on his academic foundation with formal, industry-recognised credentials.
