Sanjay is a Principal Consultant at Cortex Reply. He specialises in agentic AI on AWS, advising organisations at the strategic and architectural level on how to design, build, and scale AI agents that move beyond simple chatbots and automation scripts to own real, end-to-end work. His remit centres on the disciplines that determine whether agentic AI deployments actually hold up in production, across whichever part of the business they're applied to: rigorous testing frameworks, well-structured knowledge management, and success measures that capture genuine business outcomes rather than surface-level efficiency metrics. He sets the standard for how these practices are applied across client engagements, drawing on deep hands-on experience to guide teams through the harder judgement calls. He also hosts Cortex Signals, Cortex Reply's podcast series, where he draws out colleagues and industry experts across engineering and delivery to unpack how organisations are putting agentic AI to work in practice.
