Sukanya has over four years of experience building production systems that work efficiently and predictably at scale, including playing a key role in the delivery and ongoing maintenance of one of Cortex Reply's largest client projects. Holding an MSc (Eng) Advanced Software Engineering degree, she is passionate about ensuring organisations make cost-effective, well-governed decisions about how they deploy, scale, and maintain observability of AI systems. Sukanya also has a keen focus on AI agent evaluation, helping teams build confidence that their agentic systems deliver on their promised value and spotting gaps before they go live.
