She assists organisations in developing the strategy and maturity needed to adopt AI at scale with confidence, without losing control of costs.

Working with teams to identify worthwhile use cases, she builds the governance and ways of working required to scale them, ensuring teams use AI responsibly and effectively on a daily basis. Additionally, she focuses on the practical aspects: how organisations measure the value they are getting, how they keep cloud and AI spend under control as usage grows, and how FinOps practices mature to keep pace with AI workloads.

With over five years of experience, Alice is FinOps Certified and dedicated to bringing cost transparency and value measurement into AI strategy from the outset.
