Cortex Reply is built by architects, engineers and delivery managers with a background in Cloud, data and technology transformation. We understand the rigour needed to build high quality outcomes.
We built our team on the same foundations as our engineering.
Cortex Reply is the AI-native practice of Reply, a global network of specialist technology consultancies. Our team came from cloud infrastructure, data engineering and large-scale transformation programmes, so we treat AI as production engineering rather than a demonstration.
Growing our own
We recruit graduates from computing, engineering and related disciplines, and pair them with senior engineers with the experience to guide based on years of experience.
Our graduate scheme takes people through cloud infrastructure, data engineering and AI delivery in turn, so they understand the whole stack before they specialise. Several of today's senior team started this way.
